Customs and Ref Sheets
Reference Sheets
Simple reference sheets will come with a front and back view of the character, as well as 2 chibis of the character that showcase their clothing.Complex reference sheets will feature a front and back view of the character, a headshot, up to 2 chibis of the character, and up to 20 total small detail+accessory drawings.Both will include basic information and notes on the character.

✦ None of my work (personal, commissioned, adoptables, etc) is to be used, bought, or sold for cryptocurrency, including but not limited to: Bitcoin, NFTs, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Shibacoin, Monero, or Etherium.✦ None of my work (personal, commissioned, adoptables, etc) is to be used in datasets for AI.✦ I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.✦ At least 50% of the full cost is due up front.✦ Update(s) will be provided at the sketch, lineart, and full color stage(s)✦ Interim updates are available upon request. An estimated completion date will be given at point of sale.✦ For deadlines, I require one month's notice. Depending on complexity, this may come with an additional charge. Rush fees are available for deadlines shorter than one month, and will increase in price with how short the time frame is.✦ Edits during the sketch stage are completely free. Edits at any stage that are resulted from fault of the artist (forgotten details, missed colors, etc), are completely free. After the sketch is approved, up to 3 rounds of edits are allowed, and any edits after that will result in an additional charge.✦ Commissioners will recieve 1 watermarked version of the finished piece.✦ Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial licenses are available upon request, with an additional fee.✦ By default, I may use the art as an example or for a social media post. ✦ Full refunds are possible if progress has not begun, upon request.✦ Refunds of up to 50% of the full purchase are available at any stage prior to completion of the piece.✦ Certain commissions are non-refundable. ✦ Payment is due in full within 48 hours of claim.✦ All designs are for personal use only. Commercial licenses are available upon request, for an additional fee.✦ Any changes may be made to the design after purchase.✦ Buyer may not edit the original artwork provided with the design. All changes to the design must be made in a separate piece of work.✦ Designs may only be resold for a cost less than or equal to the price they were purchased at, unless additional art is made or commissioned after the sale.✦ All purchased designs may be posted to Toyhouse by the buyer, with credits to @TheHeartOfToast.✦ Original artwork for the design is not allowed to be reposted to any other website except Toyhouse.
